1. Service Agreement

Our services include designing, developing, and programming professional websites tailored to meet your business needs. All projects are executed based on mutual agreement and clearly defined project requirements.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, and content created by our team are the intellectual property of Modern Technology until full payment is received. Upon completion of the payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client.

3. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay a deposit upfront before the project begins. The remaining balance is to be paid upon project delivery. No work will commence without the agreed deposit.

4. Revisions and Modifications

We offer up to two revisions for each project to ensure client satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges based on the complexity of the requested changes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely feedback, required content, and any materials necessary for completing the project. Delays in providing these materials may affect project timelines.

6. Warranty and Support

We offer free technical support for a period of one month after project delivery. Support beyond this period will be subject to a maintenance agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice. In the event of termination, clients will be billed for work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered website. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruptions.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' data and will not share it with third parties without prior consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes prior to their implementation.
